If your previous insurance provider has not sent this to you then please get in contact with them and request it. This document should be used as proof of no claims. Your previous insurance provider should have sent details of your no claims bonus to you with your annual renewal letter or after you have requested the policy to be cancelled. Unfortunately .uk does not currently provide a telephone service, but you can get a quote online and then discuss it over the phone with the insurance provider that you would like to purchase a policy from. Some insurance providers may also make your policy documents available online, so you may be able to access these through logging in on their website, or they could even be somewhere in your email inbox.
